These terms govern your use of DailyPopup. By creating an account you agree to them.
DailyPopup lets you publish a photo as a popup on your own website for a duration you choose. We provide the embed script, the publishing app, and the hosting of your popup photos while they're live.
You're responsible for the people you invite to your account and for what they publish. You can revoke a team member's access at any time. Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
You keep all rights to the photos you publish. You confirm you have the right to use them, and that they don't contain anything unlawful, infringing, or deceptive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this, and we may cooperate with lawful requests where required.
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel any time; service continues until the end of the paid period. Done-for-you installation fees are one-time and non-refundable once the install is completed.
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features over time; if we ever discontinue the service, we'll give reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data and photos are removed as described in the privacy policy.
